Paul, the grooves look to be symmetrical. I would look for a router bit close to the shape. Set up a fence and route out the groove. $20 for a bit is a lot less than $325 for new. A plastic supply shop might be able to make new ones also. Or has anyone made their own replacement lenses? For the most part they look like 1/2” grey acrylic 15-1/4” x 8” with a routered gasket groove on the inside. Making the groove would seem tricky.
