Close.  I should be an eyestrap.  Locate it a few inches aft of the reeking
crinkle.  The reefing line then runs from the boom end slightly forward to
the reefing crinkle then slightly aft to the eyestrap.  Terminate the
reefing line in the eyestrap with a figure eight knot.

When done properly, you will have a 2:1 purchase which pulls the reefing
crinkle aft from both sides of the sail/boom.
