Just a bit more specifics on the GFCI.

For it to be effective,  it had to be the first outlet on the power line from 
the breaker, and all the outlets after it are then protected by it. 


No need for multiple GFCIs on a single breaker. 


As for USB-GFCI combos,  I haven't seen one yes,  but I have seen lots of usb 
plug-ins that still let you use the plug connection.
