The leeward shrouds should be visibly loose when going upwind in about 10-12 kts true. You may see a little side-to-side movement, but they shouldn't be rattling around like crazy either. I had the North rigging shop tune my rig after it went back in the boat last month. I will let you know what the professional job feels like when sailing.
