Tim,

I still use the secondaries for spinnaker trimming, but will occasionally run
the spin sheet to the cabin top winches to get a better view of the spinnaker
luff.

Keep the winches.

As you may remember, I bought some new winches this year. The rigger at the
boatyard is suggesting that I remove the secondary winches and just go with a
single set of primaries and use the coachroof winches for the spinnaker sheets.
I'm trying to think through all the manouvers and where things may get tricky.
We sail with a roller furling headsail, so halyards aren't an issue. Maybe if
we have to use a winch to get the pole up after a gybe that might conflict with
the new spin sheet? Any opinions?

Thanks,

Tim
