Conversion and isolation transformers take a large amount of space and weigh a ton. Did you consider a marine charger/inverter or separate charger and inverter. The chargers are often compatible with a wide range of voltages and frequencies. The inverter will put out whatever you want based on your purchase location. Most of your A/C needs are going to be limited to laptop chargers and small electronics. At most a 700-1000 watt microwave. These would probably be within the capacity of the charger and inverter. Of course you could have an air conditioner which would likely be in excess of the inverter.
I would have to double check but I think my charger provides isolation. If not you could just disconnect the shore power.
