According to rumour, PYI told someone that the 2-blade MaxProp can cause some vibration issues between the tip of the prop blade and the flat on the bottom of the bustle on some C&C's. This is probably what is happening with ours, since it is smooth as silk at some RPM's and will vibrate the fillings out of your teeth at others. The reason I don't think it's the prop itself is that a standard out-of-balance prop will cause worse vibration at higher RPM's, but ours smooths out quite a bit at the top end .
