Seemed fine in neutral.  Why would you get black smoke from a fouled prop or is 
just because the engine is trying to drive the prop and cannot due to the 
fouling.  I forgot to mention that when I put it in reverse, the engine stalled 
twice.  Max-prop feathering 3 blade.  Dave
