The fuel gauge should be standard.  However not all engine gauges are the same. 
 

I'd order new Universal gauges and install them where I wanted.  Universal 
usually uses Teleflex gauges.  However, you may find it cheaper to order a new 
engine control panel and simply pull the gauges.  A complete Admiral panel is 
about $585.

Your other option is to order matched gauge and sensor.  That is, order a water 
temperature gauge and sending unit.  Most sending units are 1/8 inch.
