Edd,

Panels and instruments are not universal.  For example, Yanmar does not
have glow plugs and the tach works off the flywheel, not the alternator.
 You could make a panel out of Starboard that holds the instruments and
switches you have, but to duplicate a Yanmar panel would be a  major PIA.
 I suspect the same would be true of the Universal panel.
