Danny: 1. It's very unusual that it's damaged.
2. The Binnacle does a huge amount of i'net business. There is a small but significant amount of fraud and they have learned to be cautious. Nothing personal, simply good business practise. 3. Sorry about the unfortunate inconvenience. Crap happens. Rich Knowles LF 38 Halifax Long time friend of the Binnacle. Basically, the thing was covered in a plastic bag and stuffed into a flattened cardboard box with no type of anything to protect the item. So I write, they ask me to email pictures, i'm not at home til tonight, which means they won't get the pics till Monday...that IS BS! They should be overnighting a ladder right now! ...Or, am I off base here? It may be more appropriate for Danny's boat (size = 33').
