Danny:
1. It's very unusual that it's damaged.
2. The Binnacle does a huge amount of i'net business. There is a small but
significant amount of fraud and they have learned to be cautious. Nothing
personal, simply good business practise.
3. Sorry about the unfortunate inconvenience. Crap happens.
