Yes, absolutely. Integration with other libraries is essential, and possible as I understand it. For client side UIs I need a choice of JQuery, YUI, ExtJs, Closure and others. Most of the time there are customer-related constraints for or against a certain UI library. As clojurescript is only alpha we can't expect that story to be completely done. It would be nice to get an idea in what direction you are thinking for a client-side framework, especially idiomatic UIs.
