One IDE that uses swank is CUSP, an Eclipse plugin for SBCL - see www.bitfauna.com/projects/cusp. It appears to have no activity since 2009, and was forked off to lispdef - see bitbucket.org/skolos/lispdev. That project also seems rather abandoned, or at least no activity for six months.
