The simplest way is to use the provided download scripts. Go to the website linked above and then go to the "Usage" menu and select either "Download Scripts: Linux" or "Download Scripts: Windows", whichever is appropriate. I'm using the one linked as "download script 1" for Linux (http://www.inetmsg.com/pub/clamav-unofficial-sigs.tar.gz).
