Yes, I realize that gcc itself is not a required component of ClamAV. I phrased that wrong and it was my mistake. What I meant was that I have no other compilers, and gcc is the only one I can find to install - and I am having problems installing that. I have tried installing MIPSpro, but when I run the ClamAV install, I still get the messages "gcc = no" and "cc = no" and a error that the C compiler could not handle the process.
Believe me, I am very new at this and I am looking for any help that you guys can give me. Any ideas on this one? Scott J.
