You will find the file in an archive marked as "Infected Archive" -
one of the next entries in the log file after that temporary file.

"Infected Archive" is a special way of marking archives containing
one or more viruses when clamscan uses external unpackers (for formats
not supported directly by libclamav). Normally (for built-in unpackers)
it works transparently, marking archive as infected with a particular
virus.
