One thing that would be nice, although low priority, is to tweak ld to
be able to warn on such relocations.  Going a step further, ld could turn
such relocations (RVA outside of allocated image), into pseudo-reloc
relocations.  Then we'd still be able to use linker defined symbols
at will on WM >= 6.1.  How cool would that be, eh?
