What are the DC LO and AC LO values off the backplane? Do they change when
you insert the CPU card. (one at a time).

I measured AC LO and DC LO with a scope while both CPU boards are in
the backplane. Both measured 4.6 V, there was a ripple of 130 mV
(looked like a sawtooth signal). I did not see spikes.
