That message might be inaccurate. You seem to be using a cif file
written by Coot. I think it conforms to relevant specifications (CIF
1.1 syntax and the current PDBx/mmCIF dictionary), but it's not meant
to be deposited to the PDB, [...]
If that is the case, then the error message leaves something to be desired.
