Hi Sodium phosphate monobasic has higher solubility than sodium phosphate dibasic, while it is other way round for potassium phosphate salts. Potassium phosphate dibasic is more soluble than potassium phosphate monobasic. So the best choice is to make solutions of sodium phosphate monobasic and potassium phosphate dibasic; and then mix the two to get the desired pH. Stock solutions up to 4M can be made by mixing these two.
