hi just thought that may be i can give input here , this IOS
i86bi_linux-adventerprisek9-ms  is a router IOS for IOU and hence it
provides very low switching functionality and also services like eem will
not work on it ... I will suggest that you should get layer2 switching IOS
i86bi_linuxl2-upk9-ms for IOU that can do layer2 and layer3 both and also
support services like eem etc ..... but thats only my suggestion :)
