I really appreciate everyone's response on this. I am configuring sham-links for this.
Thanks again -----Original Message----- From: Ray Courtney [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, March 07, 2012 2:40 AM To: Jawed Lashari; [email protected] Subject: RE: [OSL | CCIE_RS] OSPF Route types Hi Jawed, Try to configure the ospf Domain-id on the PE. That shows consistency between the PE's if the process ID is not the same on both devices. This decides whether the LSA's are type 3 or type 5. When redistributed in to OSPF, route appears in my routing table as either E1 or E2, depend how you redistribute. I want to appear route as O ( Intra area ) when I redistribute to OSPF. Is that possible? I have done research but have not find anything. Example: I am learning network ( 192.168.1.x) from MPLS cloud and GRE over Internet but it is getting preferred through GRE as it appears as O ( Intra area ) route and I want to prefer MPLS route which is appearing as E2 route because I am redistributing from BGP ( Cloud ) to OSPF. I would appreciate if anyone has solution to this problem. /Thanks _______________________________________________ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com Are you a CCNP or CCIE and looking for a job?
