Hi Mike,

Am on the equipments trying what we said. I have formated and loaded the IOS
with another router (2801) but still not working, infact the situation is
even worse - the sys pwr led is continuosely blinking and the router is not
even going to rommon, nothing i happenning on the console at all its just
silent. But I can see very unreadable info when i press enter/space bar as
shown;

Have tried swapping the working flash with its IOS but to no avail. Not sure
what is happening here. Men!! this thing were functioning very well.
