I have downloaded Ubuntulinux 9 64bit but i don't know how to proceed with the
installation if you could tell me the steps for installation on dell laptop
would be highly appreciated.

Hi All,Sorry for asking the same question again. Could not find a solution for
this in the archives.
I just installed a 64bit Ubuntu and am trying to run gns3. I cannot open the
.net file pasted below (which is a customized IPExpert file). There is no error
message. However, the same file is working on a 32 bit installation on a
different machine.
I can create a new project, but unable to save it either. Is there any
permissions issue which I missed? I used the default installation process for
Ubuntu and "sudo apt-get install gns3" for installing GNS3.
