Hey Craig, Thank you for the comment. Yes, I would recommend the LICW <https://longislandcwclub.org/>. It has become routine for me to join a few of the classes weekly and see many of the same friendly faces from all around the US & the world.
In the classes, we practice CW QSO protocol, copying callsigns, sending & copying jokes on CW, all in a laid back atmosphere with no pressure. So practicing becomes part one’s routine, sorta like the old TV show “Cheers” where “everybody knows your name”. Hope that helps. 73, Stephen (W2WF) > On Oct 10, 2023, at 12:28 PM, Craig Coussens via BVARC <bvarc@bvarc.org> > wrote: > > Looking at joining the LICW as well Stephen, would you recommend them?
