I don't want a patch blindly changing {#'...} to {...}, but if you examine
each instance and decide that {...} fits better, then by all means send me
such a patch. Email is vastly preferred; definitely don't add it to this
issue, as it will (hopefully) be marked as Verified in a week or two.
For the CG, you could just write that discussion of properties in text
should use @code{name} instead of @code{#'name}.
