I think it does - I'm not sure that we disagree at
all.  If the decrease in the demand for labor is
uniform across all industrialized countries, then it
may be reasonable to assume it as a given (I don't
know that Borjas does).

I'm not sure, though, that your numbers on labor
supply increase include illegals - if they don't, then
that doesn't take into account a huge factor, both
because of the huge # of illegals and because they
have a larger impact than their pure numbers would imply.
