The bit later on the page, "Water can be toxic", should be taken into
account when dealing with infants.  If you buy liquid formula, it's either
concentrated, so it needs to be diluted, or it's at the proper
concentration, so should *not* be diluted.  Read the label very carefully,
as getting too much extra water or not enough can be very bad for a very
young baby.

problem, but paid very careful attention to the problem of keeping the
lactating mother well-hydrated
