Sometimes, with jaws, you need to route jaws to PC, and then use it's right-click button/keystroke to invoke the necessary context menu for downloading something, or else, generally, after you have activated the link into a new window - shift + enter - and then closed that one again, the applicatons/right click key on the keyboard will then activate the right context menu.

Tried that, at least the pressing the application key, there isn't any save option. Well, there's a save as background, and some other equally useless option that currently escapes me, but nothing useful. I'm Frustrated!
