saving target as?

Dear Larry,
I'd prefer saving it, and I do generally save files from the net before
opening for all the excellent reasons you mentioned.  However, if that is an
option offered in this case I can't find it.  Clicking on the link
immediately opens the Adobe window asking about infer reading order from
document etc.  If there is a way to by pass this and save the book I'd like
to know it please.  Although simply saving it won't solve the problem, Adobe
still won't read it since it is too big.
