We only have one drive in the library, so I guess it's not a problem
with drive ordering.

The error is very likely to occur after und "update slots scan" on the
device. I consider this an error because all our tapes are initialized
or pre-labelled before we attempt to use them in the autochanger (we
have three sets in rotation at the moment).

Also, as a bacula restart usually is enough to clear the error as
opposed to power-cycling the tape library, I guess something is amiss
within bacula here.
