It's hardly an error. Tape is being initialized by your drive.

I think your TL may be looking for a tape in an erratic way. Maybe your Bacula 
drives configuration order does not match the physical drives order. Maybe your 
TL is just crazy and need a power cycle. 
Verify the TL webconsole for error messages and also why can't it feed the tape 
Bacula expects for backup.
