Look at the media. They are all of type LT0-4 not LTO. So there is no
most likely no volume available. To fix make the volumes of type LT0.

In bconsole

update pool from resource

then

update all volumes in pool

and follow the prompts.

If you get any problem check the manual since I am going from memory here..
