Seems to indicate a broken FileSet, I guess. In fact I'd consider this a bug - the DIR should probably complain about that. But that's a low priority issue IMO. I'd suggest to start with a straightforward, simple configuration: Apart from the director, storage, messages and client resources use only the necessary filesets, one catalog, one schedule, and only the necessary pools. If that works you can implement JobDefs when they are needed, more filesets, more schedules and so on. In smaller setups I don't think you need multiple catalogs, and IMO a very limited number of JobDefs keeps the job definitions more readable.
