Kern,

Okay I see your point, I'm sorry, the day just started @#$!@ and your e-mail
was not what I really expected and it was the last straw, in a way of speaking.
Please remember that coming from a MS background I found it quite difficult to
do things the right way and I missed the quotation marks in the manual, yes it
was my fault no need to rub it in at this point, but it was a valuable lesson.
I never intended to discourage you or to be judgmental but like I said I just
needed someone to smack me in the right direction which you did, I know that
now, but all that I'm trying to say is sorry and thank you and please remember
that there are a lot of other idiots like me out there so patience is a virtue
if not you can always go visit your local Bar or gunshop (:

I have no problem admitting when I am wrong, and like every one I sometimes
inadvertantly say something in a incorrect way. In this case, I can tell
you that I didn't look down on anyone, and I see no reason to apologize for
what I wrote.

I don't normally answer such questions in the first place, and your email is
the kind of response that discourages and demotivates Open Source developers.

Just because my answer is short and to the point (the FileSet filenames *are*
messed up) doesn't mean that I am attacking or criticising the person who
wrote them.

examples on the config file he sent you so that he will actually see what he
is doing wrong.

It seems to me that you are the one doing the judging here, rather sarcastic,
and treating me like a servant. You are complaining because I pointed you to
the problem, and and also complaining because I didn't spend spend ten or
fifteen more minutes correcting your errors.
