Hi!
While writing a macro to be aclocal'ed, I discovered that the m4 macro
`eval' is not expanded by autoconf. I guess that's a `feature', since snarfing
in the code gave me the feeling that I'm supposed to use the macro `m4_eval'
instead. However, if I'm right about this, that should be clearly documented,
probably in the `writing macros' section.
I think the same problem will occur for `shift' and `format'. And
others in libm4.m4 ?
