The pagenumbering in contents is incorrect for Index and Appendix.

Index starts on 432 (not 431) . An index should start on an odd page.. Page 431 is a page with only a header.. Appendix A starts on 423 (not 422) The pagenumbers of the subchapters are also incorect.

Thank you for this and your other notes! I don't know what went wrong with the Appendix and the Index, but I will fix them.

Some chapters of your pdf file start on an even numbered page. This is not usual in a printed manual.

This is deliberate.

Although starting chapters on either odd or even page is not the most common method in the publishing world, I have seen other examples (the Firefox and Thunderbird manual comes to mind). I did it deliberately to avoid paying for "printing" of blank pages in the copies from Lulu.

I did set the Index to start on a odd page, so if it doesn't,
that is a problem which I will fix.
