Hi everyone,

I see that this topic is generating a lot of attention, questions and fears. This is understandable, it's a pretty complex and delicate situation for all of us... which leads to my point:

We (Arch Linux) are not sure yet how we want to handle this situation at the project level yet. We acknowledged your different inputs and interrogations, but we have no concrete plan of action to share on that front at the moment.

Please, bear with us and hold for now... As shown by this ML thread (and related threads on other platforms), this is a complicated matter involving a lot of different stances & point of views. Speculating can quickly lead the topic astray, so let's keep it polite and friendly. :)

Again, we understand the attention around this topic, but please arm yourself with patience. We will communicate as soon as we are able to.
