Please post the output of
cat /proc/asound/cards

You should also note that on the Audigy2 the hw:0,0 hw:0,1 etc. have
no relation to which speaker the sound comes from.
If the sound card is already correctly recognised, it should have
output from all speakers.
The most likely problem here is actually a loose connection somewhere,
or a cable connected to the wrong jack socket. The reason for this, is
that the output for Front, Rear, Center/LFE all go through the same
DAC, so if one works, there is no reason why they don't all work.
