Thought I would attempt to get all the extra functionality of my Fortissimo II sound card working. The sound has been working great for some time. I first started with the microphone about a week ago, I'm still baffled by it. :(
Plenty of info in the archives about muted mics ...etc. I've done just about everything with the mixer to get it to record something, but no luck.
I was wondering if anyone with this card or chipset has got the mic to work ??
I'm using Linux 2.4.21, alsa cvs from about 2 weeks ago, hercules fortissimo II (cs46xx) snd card.
