After the week, that's that and, if the investigation is favorable, you get
the actual win and the rest of things trigger.
This is another one we often consider. The problem it has is it can
basically put the game on a one-week delay for some games. For instance,
any game that resets would have to wait to do the reset.

Besides the points G. made, we've historically been adverse to removing
titles from the record.
I think all of these are valid options honestly, it's just a matter of
which pros and cons set is most liked.
