Surely this breaks dependent actions? They're a very common type of action that's done by a person, but not directly by announcement. (Sorry if this point has already been brought up earlier; I'm having issues with my email client at the moment and the emergency replacement I'm using isn't very good, so it's by far easiest to reply to emails as soon as I read them.)
