I tried to lay out a 3-part test for accepting jargon in CFJ 3663 (one of the ones missing from the database): https://mailman.agoranomic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/private/agora-business/2018-September/039201.html A quick re-read of that judgement and I'd guess "refer" has as strong a case as any for being acceptable (but I'll assign it to a different judge than me, I'm curious how 3663 holds up to additional scrutiny...) -G.
