Handling Reportor with a publicly funded contract (e.g. with G.'s proposal) would allow this. I'm hoping to start gathering notes this week in order to start publishing weekly Reports. I'm happy to have others do it too, but there should be some coordination so we don't end up with two people working on summaries for the same week. (Maybe the Reportor contract could issue a unique asset for each week that determines who's responsible for, and entitled to the reward for, that week.) - Falsifian
