About the second thing, I mean like, if the interpretation is "PER infraction, EVERY player can flick 1 coin off of them, each" then a contract could be made for a group of pong punishers lmao. Like: "i like appul yeas it is delishus" "ping Hey! You didn't do the ping/pong thing! I remove 1 coin from you by announcement. And I act on behalf of Ringo to remove 1 coin from you via the pong punishers contract And I act on behalf of John to remove 1 coin from you via the pong punishers contract And I act on behalf of Paul... etc" Like that, they don't have to all be around and paying attention to punish someone en masse, they'd just need one person.
