My deputisation earlier this month was fully intended to be a one-off
thing so I could get my cyan ribbon, but I could do the job more
full-term if P.S.S. doesn't really want the job and no one else really
cares. I might need help getting all the Patent Titles that were awarded
since the last report and before I rejoined the game.
