Yeah, I don't begrudge it in the current era, but you see one semantic paradox and you've seen em all. More interesting when it's restricted to finding them (or hiding them) in rules texts or in genuine retroactive actions (v. rare). The various rules around Indeterminacy date from around then as we kept patching the various methods.
