Yeah, it's just a convention thing. I don't know when people started using it,
it's been here ever since I joined.
The pronouns are:
* He/She = E
* His/Her = Eir
* His/Hers = Eirs
* Him/Her = Em
* Himself/Herself = Emself
I think that's all.
