My plan would be to use some combination of my two PM votes, grok's habit of voting with gFP, Celestial Fire-Fox's agency and ridiculously high quorums to try and strongarm it, even though I'm sure others would simply ignore me.
Talking of moots, have you ever resolved that moot on the CFJ I judged?
