It became vacant when I deregistered, and I'm not sure anyone's taken it yet? However, the report, despite being due, isn't actually overdue yet (that won't happen until October), so a deputisation attempt would fail rule 2160 condition 2. This seems like a problem in the rules to me; if the office is vacant, there's no reason to expect its tasks to be done on time. -- ais523
